Delete your Waymark account

The fastest authenticated path is Waymark → Profile → Delete account and cloud data. If you cannot open the app, use the email request below from the address registered to your Waymark account. We will verify ownership before deletion.

Before requesting deletion

Your Waymark account, saved application details, preferences and active sharing links will be removed.
You can cancel the request during the seven-day recovery period. Production deletion then runs automatically; isolated backups expire within 35 days.
Files and guest projects stored only on your device must be deleted from that device separately.
Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription.

优先在 App 的“我的 → 删除账号与云端数据”中完成身份验证并发起删除。如果无法打开 App，请勾选上方确认后，使用注册 Waymark 的邮箱发送删除请求；我们会先核验账号所有权。请求可在 7 天内撤回，之后删除线上主数据，隔离备份最长 35 天淘汰。本机文件需在设备上另行删除；删除账号不会自动取消商店订阅。
